In 1954, Ted, Gus, Peter, & Helen took the first courageous step by opening our inaugural restaurant in the vibrant heart of Chicago. With dedication and a commitment to quality, our family quickly earned a reputation for unforgettable dining experiences.

Today, Tavern on The Glen, stands as a testament to over seven decades of culinary innovation and tradition. Led by John & Ted, the second and third generation of the Katsivalis restaurateurs, we continue to honor our roots while embracing modern flavors and techniques.
